Shopping at Résumé is simple. Just click on the product you wish to buy and select your size. Then, click "Add to Cart." To proceed to payment, click on the "Cart" icon in the upper right corner. To complete your purchase, fill in your address, contact information, and email address. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email from Résumé. If there are any discrepancies with our stock and we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you by phone or email. We reserve the right to cancel your order if the stock was incorrect at the time of purchase.

Dear customer

At Résumé we offer a 14-day return policy valid from the day you receive your items. We try to minimize our use of paper so in the shipment you won't find the printed version of your order confirmation or invoice. 

CHRISTMAS RETURNS
If you bought your Christmas gifts through us between November 28 and December 24 2024, you can return your purchases until January 14, 2025.

If you wish to return one or more items please contact us at info@resumecph.dk and let us know your name and which items you are returning.

Furthermore the return shipment is at your own cost, since we do not offer free return. You ship the items to us with the shipping company of your own choice. In the package with the items please put a note with your name and order number.

The items must be unused and in the same condition as they were when you received them. The items must still have hangtags on and if this is not included, the items will not be returned.

Refunds will be transfered to the credit card used during the purchase. Please note that the return of items is at your own expense, so remember to save your receipt as documentation for the item being shipped.

All items are subject to a 24-month warranty. This warranty allows you, as a customer, to file a claim for defects that appear within 24 months of purchase. It does not cover issues caused by wear and tear or improper use. For claims related to errors, defects, or missing deliveries, please contact customer service at info@resumecph.dk. Résumé does not cover shipping costs associated with claims.

CLICK & COLLECT
If you have chosen to pick up your order, we will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. Once you receive this notification, you can pick up your order at your convenience.

You can pick up your order from Wednesday 12-17, Thursday 12-17, Friday 12-17 and Saturday 11-15 at Vester Voldgade 106A 1552 Copenhagen.

SHIPPING
All our customers receive an email with a tracking number to track their shipment. Delivery within Denmark takes 2–4 business days, while international delivery takes 4–8 business days.

We ship all of our items via parcel post, allowing the package to be tracked in case of any issues. The items are insured during shipment. Upon receipt, please check the contents of the package. If the shipment is damaged upon arrival, you must report this to us within 2 days of receipt and return the item to us afterward. Résumé is not responsible for damage incurred during transport.

At Résumé, you can pay with debit cards such as VISA, EURO/MASTERCARD, VISA Electron, and MobilePay. The amount will only be charged to your account once the items have been shipped.

Communication between the payment system and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. The debit card you use must be yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation and approval by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit card rejects the payment, Résumecph.dk will not be held responsible for any delays or failure to deliver your order. If your card is not validated or expires, Résumé reserves the right to cancel your order.

Résumé understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. Therefore, Résumé will not disclose information about our customers to a third party unless it is necessary to process a transaction. Résumé will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card information, or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.
