Place an order
Shopping at Résumé is easy. You click on the product you want to buy and choose your size. Then select “Add to Cart”. To pay, click on the “Cart” icon, which you will find in the upper right corner. To complete the purchase you must fill in the address, contact information and email address. Once you place the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email from Résumé. In case of any discrepancies with our stock and we are unable to deliver your order, you will be contacted by phone or mail. We reserve the right to cancel your order in case the stock was incorrect at the time of order.
At Résumé we offer a 14-day return policy valid from the day you receive your items. We try to minimize our use of paper so in the shipment you won't find the printed version of your order confirmation or invoice.
If you wish to return one or more items please contact us at email@example.com and let us know your name and which items you are returning.
Furthermore the return shipment is at your own cost, since we do not offer free return. You ship the items to us with the shipping company of your own choice. In the package with the items please put a note with your name and order number.
The items must be unused and in the same condition as they were when you received them. The items must still have hangtags on and if this is not included, the items will not be returned.
Refunds will be transfered to the credit card used during the purchase. Please note that the return of items is at your own expense, so remember to save your receipt as documentation for the item being shipped.

All items are subject to the rules of a 24 months right to claim. The right of claim means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the product, which occurred within 24 months after the purchase. It does not cover when faults or defects occur due to wear or incorrect use. In case of claims, errors and defects, or in the event of missing deliveries, contact customer service at mail: firstname.lastname@example.org Résumé does not cover the shipping costs associated with complaints.
All our customers receive an email with a tracking number to track their shipment. Delivery in Denmark takes 2-4 business days. International delivery takes 4-8 working days.
We ship all of our items as a parcel post, enabling the parcel to be tracked if any problems arise. The items are insured during shipment. Upon receipt, please check the contents of the package. If the shipment is damaged when you receive it, you must report this to us immediately, within 2 days of receipt and return the item to us afterwards. Résumé is not responsible for damage during transport.
At Résumé you can pay with debit cards such as VISA, EURO / MASTERCARD, VISA / electron and MobilePay. The amount will only be transferred from your account when the items are shipped.
Communication between the payment system and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. The debit card you use must be yours. All credit / debit cardholders are subject to validation and approval by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit card rejects the payment, Résumécph.dk will not be hold responsible for any delays or failure to deliver your order. If your card is not validate or expires Résumé reserves the right to cancel your order.
Résumé understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. Therefore, Résumé will not disclose information about our customers to a third party unless it is necessary to implement a transaction. Résumé will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.
